Clinical Systems Management Application Analyst II- Implementation and support of ambulatory clinical systems



BKS placed a Senior Application Analyst with 28 years of experience in healthcare and extensive experience in electronic medical records, registration and medical billing applications and special expertise using Epic Software. This candidate is certified in EpicCare and Resolute.

This position is responsible for providing ongoing support and quality customer service to the ambulatory practices for clinical applications. Participates in the guiding of testing, implementation and on-going maintenance of the clinical applications.

Senior Application Analyst II- System Integration Project



The Senior Applications Analyst II is responsible for leading systems analysis, functional specifications and developing IT strategies and solutions for the administrative systems integration bringing together two academic hospitals jointly opening a new ambulatory facility.

Project Specialist, Network Development



BKS placed a Senior Project Manager with 25 years experience in healthcare management roles and 15 years of healthcare IS leadership experience in this critical position.

Under the direction of the Manager of Integration and Ancillary Systems, this Project Specialist is a key player in the discussions, scoping, development, implementation, maintenance, enhancement and/or replacement of network access and connectivity as well as the integration of clinical and business systems with the hospital's affiliates. The Specialist works closely with internal, affiliate teams and vendors to develop and implement infrastructure solutions.

Business/ QA Analyst - Order Entry/ eMAR Applications



The primary focus of this position is to test the current and new functionality of the Order Entry and eMAR applications. The consultants will be responsible for the testing, documentation and eventually training of the new applications.

BKS placed two senior consultants with a combined 40 years experience in healthcare application support and development to focus their efforts on the tasks at hand. Both consultants have previous system-specific experience and a reputation for excellence.

Application Analyst II- Clinical Systems Acute Care Documentation



A Senior Analyst and Project Manager with a background in nursing and 12 years of experience participating in the development, support and management of clinical system implementations and case management systems was presented by BKS and subsequently hired for this very important position.

The role of this Analyst is to participate in the implementation and support of a vendor application for inpatient documentation. This Analyst works closely with the clinicians and the vendor in the rollout of the tool to the entire hospital and is responsible for workflow analysis, process redesign, content analysis and design and configuration of the application.

Application Analyst II- Clinical Systems- Pharmacy/eMAR



BKS placed a Clinical Business Analyst with very strong technical, documentation writing, analytical skills and hospital application implementation experience in this position.

The role of this Analyst is to participate in the development and implementation, maintenance and support, training, enhancement and replacement of clinical systems specifically for the Pharmacy/eMAR application product suite.

Application Analyst I- Lab Order Entry Project



The initial responsibility for this project was to provide testing, analysis and documentation support in the pre-implementation phase of a Lab Order Entry Project.

BKS provided a post masters Research Analyst with outstanding academic achievements and awards, exceptional writing, data analysis and research skills along with focus group experience to provide support and analysis for the implementation of a new web-based lab ordering system. The consultant has continued on with the project and remains a valuable member of this team almost one year later.

Business Analyst - Lab Automation Project



Reporting to the Manager of Lab Systems, a Senior Business Analyst was needed for the scoping phase of a project to create the backend of a unique specimen application.

BKS placed a Senior Healthcare Analyst with over 16 years of healthcare experience and strong knowledge of user interfaces and automated order entry systems. Although initially placed to support the scoping issues, this consultant was given the responsibilities of running team meetings and presenting project status updates to senior staff. This candidate was subsequently brought back for an additional project.

Business/ QA Analyst - Lab Order Communicator Project



This project called for two analysts to be key players in the driving force behind documenting the business requirements and creating functional specs for the rollout of a new Lab Order Communicator.

BKS placed two candidates on this critical and highly visible project. A Senior Healthcare Business/QA Analyst with very strong working knowledge of the software development lifecycle including requirements and analysis, creating functional specifications, quality assurance, documentation, training and support. Also placed was a Junior Analyst who is an exceptionally bright individual with strong research and analytical skills who has proved to be invaluable to the team. The project and consultants continue and are well into the implementation phase of the project over one year later.
